Linked offers nano coating on select stencils and sizes! "Nano coating” is a two part, wipe on process, made up of hydrophobic elements that repel flux and solder, resulting in improved paste release for extremely small components. If you have fine pitch QFN’s, fine pitch IC’s, micro BGA’s, and 0201 component types on your designed PCB or PCBA boards, nano coating stencil must be the best option for you, but the price will be more expensive than standard stencil

Stencil Thickness Advise by Linked Electronics
QFP pitch ≤ 0.5mm, the sheet thickness choice could be either 0.13mm or 0.12mm;
If the pitch> 0.5mm, the stencil thickness can be between 0.15mm - 0.20mm;
If the BGA ball pitch > 1.0mm, 0.15mm thickness stencil is a good option
If the 0.5mm≤BGA ball pitch ≤1.0mm, choose 0.13mm thickness for your SMT work.
